The FCAA proudly embraces the Falster’s gift from their very organic farm
south of Winnsboro,  Monies raised from Ye Royal Raffle will help defray
event expenses & partial cost of a new Heat & Air Unit at the Cultural
Arts Center.  The princely porker will be ready to pick up May 15th live
at Falster Farm or arrangements can be made to pick up ready for table or
freezer.

Everyone should bring their camera, instruction manual and questions to meet the photography instructor, Michael Alford who will be offering beginning and advanced photography classes in Mt. Vernon at the Cultural Arts Center. Both private and group instruction will be offered for beginning and advanced photographers. Days and times to be determined.

APRIL ARTS OPENING RECEPTION & POETRY READING: APRIL 17, 2014

What a lovely evening in for the arts: visual arts, welded arts, and poetry! 




 Congratulations to the Winnsboro High School Welding Dept. for winning the HS Division of our Welded Art Competition with their LOVELADY FARMS Gate! 





Congratulations to the NTCC Welding Association for winning the College Division of our Welded Art Competition with their Cherry Tree Sculpture! 






Congratulations to Tate Lester of Mt. Vernon High School for Best of Show in the Visual Art Exhibit for his Multimedia piece: "Boy Snorkeling!"



Thank you to all the students who participated in the visual arts, welded arts, and poetry reading, for sharing with us your amazing creativity! Thank you to their instructors: Audrey Norman, Hugh Ragsdale, Marco Sanchez, Matt Siddens, & Carey Gable, for sharing your gift of teaching and your dedication to your students! Thank you to our judges: Jacque Bateman, David Chaney, & Jack Cook for being willing to make such difficult decisions!
