Franklin County Arts Alliance Presents:

A Mt. Vernon High School Cross Ex. Debate Scrimmage between the Sophomore & Senior teams.

The Topic:

Resolved That the United States Federal Government Should Substantially Increase Its Transportation Infrastructure Investment in the United States.

The debate will be held at the Cultural Arts Center, 100 Rusk St., on Monday, November 12^th, beginning at 6:00pm.
