OUR NEW LENDING LIBRARY

THE FRANKLIN COUNTY ARTS ALLIANCE IS HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE THAT OUR NEW ART LENDING LIBRARY IS READY FOR CHECK-OUT.

WE HAVE OVER 100 BOOKS FROM WHICH TO CHOOSE.  WHETHER YOU ARE LOOKING FOR "HOW TO'S" OR REFERENCE MATERIALS, WE THE BOOKS FOR YOU.

SO STOP BY THE CULTURAL ARTS CENTER (FRIDAYS 10AM-3PM)  AND "CHECK IT OUT!"

The classes will each begin at 10am.

*THERE WILL BE A PUBLIC REVIEW THE EVENING OF AUGUST 10TH.

UPDATE ON RAFFLE FOR SANDRA ST. JOHN PAINTING


ARTIST SANDRA ST. JOHN PAINTING OF “BOY READING” RAFFLE TO BENEFIT
FRANKLIN COUNTY LIBRARY THROUGH FCAA COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT,..
WINNING RAFFLE TICKET TO BE DRAWN MAY 15TH AT THE FRANKLIN COUNTY LIBRARY.  THE LIBRARY  WILL ALSO DRAW THE WINNING TICKET OF THEIR DUCK DYNASTY RAFFLE AT THAT  TIME.

Sandra St. John, well known local artist, recently donated one of her
paintings to the FCAA to be raffled off in conjunction with the Franklin
County Library Kite Fest.  The Library and the FCAA will draw the winning
raffle ticket holder’s name on May 15th at the Library.  More of Sandra
St. John’s work is on display at the Frame-Up Gallery in Mt. Vernon.

ticket.  FCAA members who have unsold tickets should get them to Christian
as soon as possible.

HIGH SCHOOL EXHIBIT OPENING & POETRY READING: MAY 2, 2013

Last night's HS Exhibit Opening & Poetry Reading was wonderful! We have such creative and talented  teens, here in Mt. Vernon!  Thank you to everyone who made it possible, especially THE STUDENTS, Ms. Audrey Norman, Mr. Carey Gable, Cindy Kent, Marzelle Robertson, & Jack Cook ( for the fabulous photos)!
