Franklin County Arts Alliance PRINCELY PORKER
A Falster
Farm “Cochon DeLait Cru”
Cochon DeLait Cru is not a French pig. Nancy Falster of Falster Farm explains,
“the Heirloom Red Waddle and Big Black Cross swine we raised and donated to the
Franklin County Arts Alliance qualifies for the dignified title because the
Heirloom Red Wattle & Big Black Cross has been fed a daily ration of raw
milk. The meat is organic and live
weight on May 15th will be around 350 lbs.”
