*This exhibit will feature a collection of photographs taken in and around the Mt. Vernon square by young students involved in Franklin County Library classes coordinated by Ken Greer.  Persons viewing the exhibit will have a chance to enter a drawing to win a copy of a Ken Greer courthouse photograph.  Photos and other artwork of the courthouse and Mt. A CALL FOR FC COURTHOUSE & MV SQUARE ARTWORK

WHERE ON THE SQUARE ARE KEN & FRIENDS EXHIBIT

SEPTEMBER 19-NOVEMBER 19

This exhibit will feature a collection of photographs taken by young students involved in Franklin County Library classes coordinated by Ken Greer.  These are exceptional photographs taken in and around the Mt. Vernon square.  Persons viewing the exhibit will have a chance to enter a drawing, the winner of which will get a copy of a Ken Greer courthouse photograph.  Photos and other artwork of the courthouse  and Mt. Vernon square taken/created at various times by locals will also be exhibited during this event.  

This exhibit will include both professional and amateur photographs and artwork.  Contact us if you are interested in entering.  Email:franklincountarts@gmail.com or Phone: 903-434-9130 or 903-305-8023.  We will take in exhibit pieces by appointment or during regular business hours on Fridays (10am-3pm).  This "Ken & Friends" Exhibit will open with a reception at the Cultural Arts Center (CAC) on September 20th from 10am-11am before the courthouse dedication ceremony.  The CAC will be open until 2pm that day for anyone wishing to come see the exhibit.
